Preparatory Division presents a balanced curriculum
of performance training, theoretical study,
ear training, and ensemble experience. This
thorough approach to musical development gives

and winds) which performs a wide range of repertoire
from the Baroque to Contemporary periods. Students learn
ensemble skills as well as musical interpretation and

This course is a preparation for AP Music Theory Test,
to earn college credit. The ultimate goal of an AP Music
Theory course is to develop a student's ability to recognize,

Early Childhood program is designed to introduce and
explore study of music through movement and is based
on the interaction of ear, mind, and body. Classes nurture
the imagination while encouraging musical exploration
leading to an integral understanding of musical concepts
and skills. Through this learning process, students
discover the body as a uniquely expressive musical instrument.

for Adult
Class Voice
Developments of technical knowledge, tone production
and performance skills for voice. Emphasis will be
given to the factor of voice physiology, function,
sound production and to the diagnosis and correction
of vocal faults.

Jazz Piano
Studying of jazz melodies, improvise, playing in time,
creating intros, interludes and endings, the use of
dynamics and balance between the hands. Emphasis will
